Idun Real Estate was born out of an idea sparked between a data scientist, an engineer, and a real estate company with a shared passion for making buildings smart. It’s 2016 and a Swedish real estate company has a problem. They have an abundance of smart building ideas, but are trapped within the confines of an external provider’s system.
New SaaS Company Enables Real Estate Owners to Join the Smart City
Idun, a new software company arrives on the smart building scene to make their mark with ProptechOS. Based on the open source semantic language RealEstateCore, ProptechOS is a Software-as-a-Service operating system that removes barriers to smart technology so that real estate owners can transform their portfolios into a platform for innovation, analysis, and optimization.
