How long does deployment take?
Under normal conditions, integration takes about a week — provided network access, credentials, and ports are available. We connect to your existing BMS and IMD with no new hardware.
Which IMD and BMS systems do you integrate with?
ProptechOS connects to all major building automation and individual metering and billing (IMD) systems, including Ecoguard, Kiona, and other common Nordic platforms — as well as energy management and IoT sensor systems. Everything is mapped to a standardized data layer based on the RealEstateCore ontology, so your data is normalized, timestamped, and ready for AI to act on.
If you have an older or proprietary system, we assess compatibility as part of the sales process.
Can we configure the agents around our own operating rules?
Yes. You define thresholds, approval flows, and reporting cadence. AI agents adapt to your framework and rules — including which anomalies require human approval before action is taken.
Is the data model compatible with CSRD and GRESB reporting?
Yes. All property data is structured against the RealEstateCore ontology, which aligns with most sustainability frameworks. ESG reporting becomes a byproduct of everyday operations — not a separate data collection project.
We already have a BMS and an energy platform. Do we need to replace them?
