Sales Executive - Denmark
About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Executive who understands the real estate industry’s digital transformation challenges and can articulate how ProptechOS solves them. You’ll own the entire sales cycle – from identifying opportunities and cold outreach to presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. You know the frustrations of disconnected building systems, energy inefficiencies, and manual ESG reporting, and you’re ready to help property owners move beyond these pain points. You see a future where GenAI and AgenticAI will transform facility operations, tenant and workplace experience and accelerate the decarbonization of the built environment.
You will be working closely with our Sales Team and Account Team and reporting to our Global Chief of Sales (based in Denmark) and you’ll be instrumental in expanding ProptechOS across the Danish and Nordic markets.
You will be a part of an international team, with colleagues and customers all around the world. This will give you great opportunities for your personal development. Our teams are based in Lviv, Ukraine and Stockholm, Sweden and you will be working with them all!

What you’ll do
- Own the full sales cycle – prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close new customers
- Conduct cold outreach when needed to build pipeline in target accounts
- Develop and present business cases that connect customer challenges to ProptechOS solutions
- Understand customer needs through discovery conversations with facility managers, property managers, and C-suite executives
- Formulate land strategies – identify entry points and create plans to establish ProptechOS within new organizations
- Negotiate contracts and navigate procurement processes in property management companies
- Collaborate with the Account Executive in Denmark to ensure smooth handoff and customer success post-sale – and for some customers, you will be the Strategic Customer Advisor and drive the scaling of AI in large portfolios.
- Collaborate with our large ecosystem of partners, presenting and coworking with them to make an impact for your customers
- Build relationships across the real estate ecosystem – property owners, large portfolio owners – public and private, facility management companies, industry associations, and proptech app partners
- Build a network as a change maker among top real estate companies, part of a team driving the industry forward.
Who you are
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling to property management, facility management, or real estate operations
- Deep understanding of real estate and facilities management – you’ve worked in property/facility management, with building system suppliers, or at proptech vendors
- Proven track record of developing new business relationships and closing deals
- Strategic thinker who can formulate compelling business cases and navigate complex sales cycles
- Self-starter comfortable with cold outreach but also ready to develop our existing pipeline in Norway and/or Denmark
- Excellent communicator in both Danish and English
- Excited about AI and digitalization in the built environment – and ready to prove this as a part of the recruitment process
