How it works

Becoming a partner is straightforward. You begin by applying through our form or by email. Together we define the scope and certification plan, and you’ll receive access to SDKs and test kits. Once your solution is integrated and tested, you submit a certification request. ProptechOS then completes functional certification, the agreement is signed, and you are officially recognized as a ProptechOS Partner.

As a partner, you keep control of your own business. You certify and promote your solutions with the ProptechOS Partner logo, actively recommend ProptechOS in customer engagements, and manage contracts, pricing, and support directly with your customers. Meanwhile, we provide the technical foundation, developer support, and platform connectivity so you can focus on delivering your unique value.

ProptechOS founded RealEstateCore to establish building ontology standards within the RealEstateCore Consortium. As a partner, your products are guaranteed to follow these standards, ensuring compatibility and effective integration with ProptechOS.

  • Marketing support: ProptechOS promotes your certified product(s) to potential customers.

  • Partner certification logo: You may use the official ProptechOS Partner logo in your marketing (website, social media, printed material).

  • Technical support: Developer support is provided for integrating your product(s) with ProptechOS.

  • Focus on your strengths: Let ProptechOS handle the fundamentals so you can focus on your key value proposition.

  • Full customer ownership: You maintain full control of your business relationship with your customers.

Certified partners have products that are verified to work with both ProptechOS and RealEstateCore.
There are six partner capabilities — certifying in at least one of these makes you a ProptechOS Partner.

Partner Capabilities:

  • Application Partner: Applications for tenants and property owners.

  • Edge Partner: Systems such as BMS, IoT, or other data sources, covering:

    • Telemetry (RealEstateCore Contributor)

    • Control

    • Provisioning

    • Verified Integration

    • Co-sell

  1. Apply via the web form or by email.

  2. Introduction: Define scope, certification plan, and technical contact.

  3. Testing: ProptechOS provides test devices or data kits.

  4. Development: Partner performs integration work.

  5. Certification: ProptechOS performs functional certification.

  6. Agreement: Sign the partnership agreement and become certified.

  • Certify new product(s).

  • Promote certification using the official ProptechOS Partner logo.

  • Actively recommend ProptechOS as a solution in customer interactions.

  • Sell and support your own product(s).

  • Provide maintenance and customer support.

  • Own and manage your customer relationships.

  • Provide a clear product and pricing model for transparency and scalability.

Partners must present a pricing model showing how implementation and operational costs scale with deployment size.
It should include:

  • Initial installation and subsequent installation brackets.

  • Operational costs based on factors such as area (m²), usage, or data volume.
    All contracts are made directly between the partner and the customer.
    A separate product description document or webpage should also be available for customers and prospects.
